Phase 2 of The Chamber of Youth program for ages 40-55

Wellness Maintenance Membership: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) + Red Light Therapy (RLT)

customized for Ages 40–55 years old

INCLUDES: 8 HBOT 60 min-sessions/month AND 12 RL sessions/month.

Focus: Cellular renewal, inflammation reduction, enhanced vitality, and age-optimized brain/body function.

1. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

1.5 ATA to 2.0 ATA, depending on tolerance

Lower pressures (1.5–1.7 ATA) for general wellness

or

higher end (2.0 ATA) for deeper cellular activation

➤ Oxygen:

95+% oxygen via mask

➤ Duration:

60 minutes per session

➤ Frequency:

Maintenance: 2 sessions/week

➤ Course Recommendations:

Part 2 of program. Weekly maintenance supports base protocol. Repete base protocol of 20 sessions 1-2 time per year for optimal wellness and results.

2. Red Light Therapy (RLT / Photobiomodulation)

➤ Wavelengths:

660 nm (red light) – skin, collagen, inflammation

or

850 nm (near-infrared) – deeper tissue, mitochondria, cognitive and musculoskeletal support

➤ Application Zones:

* Full face and neck (skin health, collagen)

* Forehead/scalp (brain, cognition)

* Chest or abdomen (circulation, hormones)

* Joints or areas of inflammation (knees, back, etc.)

➤ Duration:

15 minutes per session

Frequency:

3 times per week- can be paired with HBOT days

Before HBOT is optimal (RLT primes mitochondria)
